The Michigan Daily posted this very interesting tidbit earlier today:

Someone named William Michael Campbell created a uniqname at Michigan today. Here is the directory listing. No word on whether this the five-star football prospect from Detroit.

I realize that coincidences are always possible, but the chances of this being someone other than the William Campbell Michigan is recruiting seem slim. Although Campbell is not announcing his decision until January 3, he can't wait until then to register. Since he is enrolling early, he has to get registered for classes and things like that somewhat in advance. The semester begins on January 7, so there's no way he could wait until four days before classes to register.

Another sign that this is the football recruit William Campbell is the fact that other early enrollees are also now in the directory. Listings for Tate Forcier, Vincent Smith, Brandin Hawthorne, and Vladimir Emilien were also created today, leading me to believe that the recruits enrolling early are getting registered. Although I'm not going to add Campbell back to the commitments list just yet, it certainly looks like he will be picking Michigan on January 3.
